Instead of returning your items, which can be costly due to international shipping fees and due to hygiene reasons, we offer several hassle-free solutions to make things right for you.
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange/Replacement

- Lost in transit: If your package is lost during shipping.

To request a refund, exchange, or replacement, you must provide proof (image/video) within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
